Return Policy for Zenora World

At Zenora World, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help!

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may return most items within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on lingerie and swimwear.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • We will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process, and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. Final Sale Items

  • Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return. These will be clearly indicated on the product page.
