Return and Exchange Policy

At Zenora World, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, our hassle-free return and exchange policy is here to help.


Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • Items marked as “final sale” or purchased during promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@zenoraworld.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and send it back using the provided label.

  4. Refund/Exchange Processed: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.


Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns, a flat fee of $5 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs.

  • For exchanges, shipping is free for the first exchange request.


Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for panties, bodysuits, or other intimate items.

  • Damaged or altered items are not eligible for return.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
